General Terms and Conditions
1. The provider and the service
Készletpont is a cloud-based inventory management system for retailers: stock records, goods receipt, pricing, stocktaking, handling of the deposit return scheme fee (DRS), reorder suggestions (shopping list) and reports — from a web browser and a mobile app. Provider: Nguyen Van Nam Tamás, sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), registered address: 1028 Budapest, Rákóczi utca 49/B., tax number: 59988782-1-41, registration number: 58040971, contact: support@keszletpont.com, phone: +36 30 657 0776.
The service is available both from a browser and from an iPhone app; the till works without a network connection and synchronises when the connection is restored.
Készletpont is not an online cash register and does not replace one: it does not issue receipts and does not report cash register data to the NAV (Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal, the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration). You fulfil your obligation to issue receipts with your own (online) cash register; the system's till module keeps track of stock and produces an internal document.
2. Conclusion of the contract, the account
By registering, you enter into a contract with the provider. The contract is concluded electronically and in the Hungarian language; it does not qualify as a contract made in writing, and the provider does not file it. Its current content is set out on this page. You can check and correct the data you have entered on the interface at any time.
The service is intended for businesses: an account may be created by a person authorised to act on behalf of a company or a sole trader, and the provider does not contract with consumers for this service. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe — we recommend turning on two-step verification. You grant and revoke your staff's access in the system's Team menu, and you are responsible for how they use their accounts.
3. Fees and payment
The service is available in plans: the entry-level Start plan is free, and the current prices of the paid plans (Bolt, Okos bolt, Lánc) and of the separately purchasable modules are shown on the interface (Subscription). The provider is exempt from VAT under the subjective tax exemption scheme (alanyi adómentesség) and therefore does not charge value added tax: the amount in the price list is the final amount payable, the interface displays it before you order, and the invoice is likewise issued without VAT, marked “alanyi adómentes” (subject to tax exemption). If the provider's tax status changes (it becomes subject to VAT), it will notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before charging VAT. In the free plan the provider may display advertisements on the home page, clearly marked as advertisements; we serve the advertisements ourselves, so no tracking cookie or third-party advertising provider is involved, and we collect no data about your behaviour. There are no advertisements in the paid plans. Every new company receives a 30-day free trial, during which the paid features can also be tried out; the end of the trial does not in itself create any payment obligation. The introductory (pilot) period lasts at least until 31 December 2026: until then plan limits are not enforced, every feature can be used free of charge, and no payment is due. For a company registered during the pilot, the 30-day trial starts after the pilot ends, so it can use the full feature set for 30 days after the pilot closes before choosing a plan. We will notify you of the end of the pilot at least 30 days in advance, on the interface and by e-mail; if you nevertheless pay during the pilot, the purchased period starts on the date of payment.
- You pay in advance for the paid period, for 1 or 12 months as you choose; when you renew, the purchased period is added to the existing expiry date, so you lose no days by renewing early.
- You pay the fee by bank card, as a recurring payment, choosing between two payment providers on the Subscription page: Stripe for the monthly or annual fee, and Barion for the monthly fee only. Both renew automatically until you cancel. The annual fee can be paid only through Stripe. If you start a one-off payment on Barion's payment page (until recurring payment through Barion is available, this is how the monthly fee can be paid with Barion), it does not renew: a charge is made only when you start it yourself.
- Recurring payment with Stripe. We automatically charge the selected fee to the bank card you provided at the first payment and then, for the monthly fee every month, for the annual fee every year, on the same day as the first payment, until you cancel. The amount charged is the fee shown on the Subscription page and on the payment page at the time of payment. Before paying, you must accept the recurring charge on the interface by ticking a separate checkbox. You can cancel at any time: Settings → Subscription → Manage card subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, until then every feature keeps working, and no further charge is made. In the same place you can change your card and download payment receipts. For the annual fee we send you a reminder by e-mail before renewal. If a charge fails (e.g. the card has expired), the payment provider retries within a few days and notifies you by e-mail; if it ultimately fails, the subscription ends, and at the end of the paid period the account reverts to the Start level as described in section 3. The charge appears on your bank statement under the name KESZLETPONT. If the fee changes, we apply the new fee to the card subscription too only after the 30 days' prior notice described below, and you may cancel before then.
- Payment method — Stripe. Payment for the card subscription is made through Stripe's system. The payment service is provided by Stripe Technology Europe, Limited (1 Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, D02 FX04, Ireland), an electronic money institution supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland, registration number: C187865; Stripe's other services are provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Your bank card details never reach the provider: the card is stored and charged by Stripe.
- Recurring (tokenised) payment with Barion — monthly fee only. Why: so that you do not have to pay the monthly fee manually every month, and the service does not stop because of a forgotten payment. How it works: you pay the first monthly fee on Barion's payment page; at that point Barion — with your consent — securely stores your card (the card details never reach us). After that, every month, on the day before the paid month expires, we automatically charge the monthly fee to your card — without any action on your part — exactly the amount you saw on the Subscription page and on the payment page at the first payment, until you cancel. Before paying, you must consent to the recurring charge on the interface by ticking a separate checkbox. You can cancel at any time: Settings → Subscription → Barion subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately: no further charge is made, and every feature keeps working until the end of the month already paid for. To change your card, cancel and start a new subscription with the new card. If a charge fails (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card), we notify you by e-mail and retry once a day, at most three times; if the bank reports that the card has been permanently declined, or the third attempt also fails, the recurring payment stops, and at the end of the paid month the account reverts to the Start level as described in section 3. The charge appears on your bank statement with Barion Payment Zrt. as the merchant. Apple Pay cannot be used for recurring payments. If the fee changes, we apply the new fee only after the 30 days' prior notice described below, and you may cancel before then. There is no recurring payment with Barion for the annual fee.
- Payment method — Barion. Online card payment of the monthly fee (recurring or one-off) is made through Barion's system. Your bank card details never reach the provider. The service is provided by Barion Payment Zrt. (1117 Budapest, Irinyi József utca 4–20. 2. emelet), an institution supervised by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (the Central Bank of Hungary), licence number: H-EN-I-1064/2013. On Barion's page you can pay by bank card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express), with a Barion balance, by bank transfer, and with Apple Pay (one-off payments only) and Google Pay; before starting the payment you must accept these Terms on the interface. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
- Time of fulfilment. A plan or module bought by card (Stripe or Barion) — and every renewal of the card subscription — is activated or extended immediately and automatically after successful payment: typically within a minute, when the payment provider's confirmation arrives. There is no physical product and no delivery. If activation does not happen, let us know at the address given in section 9 and we will complete it manually.
- No refund is due for a period that has started and been paid for, except where the service is persistently unavailable for reasons attributable to the provider (see below), or where the law provides otherwise.
- We issue an electronic invoice for each payment and send it by e-mail; the invoice can also be downloaded on the interface.
- When the paid period expires, the account automatically reverts to the free Start level: no data is lost or deleted; the paid features become unavailable, and you can still access and export your data as before.
- We reserve the right to change prices; a price change does not affect a period already paid for, and we apply a new price only after an e-mail notification sent at least 30 days before it takes effect. The Start plan remains free.
- If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours for reasons attributable to the provider, we extend the paid period by the length of the outage.
4. Your data — your property
All data you record in the system is yours. You can export it at any time (Settings → Data export), and when your account is deleted — after the 30-day grace period described in section 8 — it is deleted permanently: from the daily backups within 30 days at the latest, and from the weekly archive backups within 1 year at the latest. We read data back from the backups only to restore it. The provider does not sell your data to third parties and does not use it for its own purposes.
5. Availability and backups
We keep the availability of the service above 99% on an annual basis, but we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted operation. Where possible, we carry out maintenance outside business hours, with prior notice. The data is backed up automatically every day: we keep the daily backups for 30 days and the weekly archive copy for 1 year — the latter is kept longer so that an error noticed months later can still be restored.
6. Liability
- The system's suggestions — such as the reorder suggestion (shopping list) and the stock forecast — are decision-support tools: the reasoning is shown next to every suggestion, but the business decision and its consequences are the user's.
- Official invoices are issued by the enabled invoicing integration (Számlázz.hu); the user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered there. The system does not issue receipts — that is the job of the shop's cash register (see section 1).
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system (prices, VAT rates, stock data, partner data); the system calculates from the data entered.
- The system follows Hungarian legal requirements (NAV, DRS, VAT) to the best of our knowledge, but does not provide tax or legal advice — ultimately the user and their accountant are responsible for tax and accounting compliance.
- The provider's liability for damage caused in connection with the service is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months; during a free period, to the minimum extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally, or to damage to human life or physical integrity.
- If the user uses the system unlawfully and a third party brings a claim against the provider as a result, the user must indemnify the provider and compensate it for the proven damage.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a breach of its obligations if it is caused by an unavoidable event beyond its control (for example a natural disaster, war, a nationwide internet or power outage, or a complete outage of the cloud infrastructure provider). Deadlines are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
7. Data processing (Article 28 GDPR)
With regard to personal data recorded in the system (for example the contact persons of your customers and suppliers), you are the controller and the provider is the processor. The provider:
- processes this data solely to provide the service and in accordance with your instructions,
- engages further processors (sub-processors) only from among those listed in the Privacy Notice; we notify you in advance of any change to the list, and you may object to it,
- binds its staff and subcontractors to confidentiality,
- notifies you of a personal data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it,
- on termination of the contract, returns the data (export) or deletes it, as you choose,
- assists you in responding to data subject requests (access, erasure, etc.),
- at your request, makes available to you all the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the above, and allows the data processing to be audited — including by an auditor appointed by you and bound by confidentiality. Audits may be carried out at a time agreed in advance, without endangering the security of the service or of other customers' data.
8. Termination of the contract
You can delete your account at any time, without giving reasons, in Settings; final deletion takes place after a 30-day grace period, until which the deletion can be reversed and your data can be exported. The provider may terminate the contract in the event of a serious breach of contract (for example intentionally endangering the security of the system, or unlawful use); otherwise only with at least 60 days' notice and while making data export available.
9. Complaints
We accept questions and complaints about the service at support@keszletpont.com and on +36 30 657 0776. On working days we aim to reply within 24 hours, and we give a substantive answer to a complaint within 30 days at the latest. Report any payment-related complaint here as well — you can also see the status of your payments and your card subscription yourself on the Settings → Subscription page.
10. Amendments, governing law
We notify you by e-mail of any material amendment to these Terms at least 30 days before it takes effect; if you do not accept it, you may delete your account without consequences. Matters not regulated here are governed by Hungarian law — in particular the Ptk. (Polgári Törvénykönyv, the Hungarian Civil Code), Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services, and the GDPR; in the event of a dispute, the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction. As the service is intended for businesses, consumer conciliation board (békéltető testület) proceedings and the EU online dispute resolution platform do not apply.
