Everything a small shop does every day — in one place

Till, stock, purchasing, invoicing and reports, tailored to small Hungarian shops: NAV rules, the deposit fee, working alongside a cash register. Below is what runs in production today — and, separately, what we're working on now.

Till

Runs in the browser on the counter PC, a tablet or a laptop — no fee per till.

Rings up sales without internet too
It keeps recording during an outage, and uploads the sales by itself when the connection is back.
Barcode, scale, quick keys
Scanner, scale weight codes (0.35 kg), and your own quick keys for items without a barcode — bread rolls, coffee, goods sold by weight.
Viva card terminal
The till sends the amount to the terminal itself (or to a phone used as one) and closes the sale from its answer: no mistyped amounts, and a declined card doesn't record a sale.
Micra cash register
The till hands the amount over as a barcode, and the cash register reads it with its own scanner — no typing it in twice.
Split payment, on credit
Partly cash, partly card; putting it on a regular customer's tab, tracked on the Debts page.
Deposit fee (DRS)
Collection and refund under the NAV rules: the single-use bottle's fee outside VAT, on a separate line of the receipt.
Customer display, slip, VAT invoice
On a second screen the customer sees the basket; an itemised slip on a thermal printer; a VAT invoice at the counter, with the shop's own invoicing account.
Day close, shifts
How much money should be in the drawer, how much the terminal confirmed, the VAT breakdown for the Z report — separately for each shop.

Stock

Every movement leaves a trace: stock isn't "overwritten", it's booked.

Several shops and warehouses
Separate stock and till per shop, transfers with a document, and suggestions on what is worth moving where.
Stocktake
Barcode counting, even with a phone; a difference list, stock shortage report and write-off record.
Expiry and batch
Expiry of received items is tracked; you get a warning before anything expires on the shelf.
Products in detail
Manufacturer, product group, pack size, unit price, lm / m2 / m3 and other units; filter by any of them.
Pricing
Price lists, customer prices, quantity discounts, scheduled promotions, different prices per shop — and the shelf labels that need replacing.
Shelf labels
On rolls or A4 sheets, in custom sizes, with selectable fields; warehouse labels without a price too.

Purchasing

This is where a small shop spends most of its time — so this is where we save the most.

Receiving from NAV
The supplier's invoice reported to NAV comes in line by line, without typing; the program matches it to your own products.
Receiving from paper
As you type it recognises the product and shows how many are on the shelf and what it cost last time.
What to order
Suggestions from sales, delivery time and the weather — it always tells you what it was calculated from. A shopping list per supplier you can copy out.
Supplier debts and prices
When to pay how much, and which supplier delivered the same thing at what price.

Sales and customers

Not just the counter: shops that work to order keep their customers here too.

Quotes
A quote you can print or send by e-mail, with a discount, and a product search that shows manufacturer, price and stock.
Invoices and documents
Delivery list, delivery note, invoice — with a collective invoice afterwards; NAV reporting through the shop's own Számlázz.hu account.
Customer balances and debts
Who owes how much, and since when; payment reminders sent automatically, by e-mail.
Loyalty discount
Returning customers automatically get a discount based on how much they spend.

Reports and accounting

Numbers you can make decisions from — and what the accountant asks for.

Turnover and margin
By day, product and shop; what sells, what sits on the shelf, where your money is tied up (ABC).
Shop comparison
For chains: turnover, margin and cash differences per shop.
Accountant's package
VAT analysis, outgoing and incoming invoices, stock value at the balance sheet date, stocktake differences — in CSV, for Hungarian Excel.

Team, phone, security

Everyone logs in with their own name — and the fee doesn't go up.

Permissions
Cashier, stock keeper, manager: who sees what and who may do what — the purchase price, for example, only for those who need it.
Audit log
Who did what, and when; corrections are kept together with their reason.
In Hungarian, Vietnamese and English
Language chosen per user — everyone at the counter can work in their own.
iPhone app
Receiving, stocktaking and products on the phone, with notifications — the beta is running, and it's on its way to the App Store.

Under development

What we're working on now, and what comes next. We deliberately don't give dates: when something is ready, we announce it under What's new, and it moves up into the section above.

Try it with your own shop

The entry plan is free and stays free: with sample data you see how it works in two minutes, and we bring your data over from your old program. If you have a question or a feature is missing, write to us — the shops' requests set the order of development.

Look at it with sample data before you bring anything over

Sign up, tick the sample data, and two minutes later you see a working stock system with real numbers: products, sales, a shopping list. If you don't like it, you've lost nothing.
