What the shop uses every day

Built for Hungarian retail: NAV rules, the deposit fee, suppliers' weekly rhythm. Every suggestion says what it was calculated from — moving stock and sending an order stay the shopkeeper's decision.

Receiving from a paper invoice

As you type it recognises the product and shows what you need to decide: how many are on the shelf, what it cost last time, and from whom. Even a 100-line invoice is done in one sitting; unfinished work waits as a draft, even on another computer. If your supplier reports its invoices to NAV, the lines come from there, without typing.

The deposit fee, the way NAV wants it

Collection, refunds and settlement in one place. The fee of a single-use bottle is outside the scope of VAT; that of reusable packaging carries the product's VAT rate. The fee is on a separate line of the receipt, and the accountant gets a separate report on it — it doesn't blend into turnover.

A till that keeps ringing up without internet
It keeps recording during an outage, with the change broken down into notes and coins, and uploads the sales by itself when the connection is back. Bread rolls and coffee are one tap on the quick keys.
Stocktaking by phone, several people at once
Count sheets with a difference report, batch numbers and expiry dates on the items. Stock is the result of approved movements, not a number anyone can overwrite.
Pricing, promotions, shelf labels
Regular-customer price lists, quantity discounts, net–gross per VAT rate — and shelf-label printing with the mandatory unit price.
Reports and the weekly e-mail
Margin per product group, turnover and slow-moving stock, cash differences per operator. Every Monday morning an e-mail about the week: turnover, top five, what ran out, what's not moving. Every list opens in Hungarian Excel.

    With sample data, so you see a working system straight away; by import from your old program, where the import first shows a dry run of what would come over and where the errors are; or by hand, one by one. The barcode scanner works right away, no setup.

    Invite your colleagues

    You add them in the Team menu; the system gives each a one-time password, and they set their own at first login. The cashier sees the till, the buyer sees ordering — you set the permissions per role.

We're in the pilot phase: until at least 31 December 2026 every feature is available without limits and free of charge. We'll tell you at least 30 days before prices are introduced, and whoever joins now keeps discounted terms. Prices are final: as a VAT-exempt small business we don't charge VAT. The fee is for the system: how many tills, phones or computers you use it on is up to you. Onboarding (setup, data migration, training) is a one-off 49 000 Ft — waived with annual billing, and included in the Lánc (Chain) plan. The monthly and annual fees can be paid by card with automatic renewal (Stripe); the monthly fee through Barion as well, also renewing automatically. Cancel any time.

What people ask us at demos

What happens to the data in my old program?
We bring it over. The import first runs as a dry run: we show you what would come over and where the errors are, and only write anything to the database after you approve. Then, on the Stock comparison page, you can check your old program's export against our stock, item by item.
Does the shop need internet?
The system runs in the cloud, so stocktaking, receiving and reports need internet — in return you can reach it from any computer or phone, and your data is safe even if the shop's computer breaks. The till keeps working during an outage: it records the sales and uploads them by itself when the connection is back.
Does it work with my existing barcode scanner?
Yes, any that behaves like a keyboard (USB or Bluetooth) — that's almost every scanner sold for shops. No setup needed: at the till it reads into the scan field and adds the item with Enter. It also recognises the weight code coming from a scale.
Does it handle NAV reporting?
Yes. The official invoice is issued through the Számlázz.hu integration — you enter your own Agent key in Settings — so NAV Online Invoice reporting is automatic. We can also fetch your incoming invoices from NAV, and you receive goods from them. The VAT treatment of the deposit fee follows NAV's rules.
What about the cash register?
The receipt still comes from your certified cash register — we don't touch that. After recording a sale the till shows what to key into the register (the gross amount per VAT rate), or gives a price code the register's scanner can read. The customer can get an itemised summary from a receipt printer.
How do my colleagues get access?
You add them in the Team menu. The system generates a one-time password that you hand over; they set their own at first login. When someone leaves, one click switches off their access, but their earlier movements stay in the log.
Who can access our data?
Each company's data is stored separately, and every query is forced to filter to your own organisation — at the database level too, not just in the program. You set the permissions per role, and two-factor login can be switched on.
What happens if we don't become a paying customer?
Nothing drastic. The Start plan stays free, we don't lock your data away, and you can export it to a file at any time.
