The monthly package you used to have to beg the shopkeeper for
Készletpont is used by small shops — but at the end of the month, you are the one who gets what comes out of it. That's why the exports weren't bolted on as an afterthought: pick a month and download them all, ready for Hungarian Excel (semicolons, UTF-8 marker, decimal commas).
What's in the monthly package
- VAT analysis
- Tax base and tax per rate, by date of supply. The 5-forint cash rounding is on a separate line: it is neither turnover nor a shortfall, but an item of its own.
- Outgoing invoices
- Invoice number, customer, issue date, date of supply, net, VAT, gross, payment status. The document chain can be followed all the way: delivery list → delivery note → invoice.
- Incoming (supplier) invoices
- The same on the purchasing side, tied to receiving — invoices downloaded from NAV land here too.
- Stock value — at the balance sheet date too
- Not today's snapshot: replayed from the ledger it is accurate for any day, because every receipt of goods carries its purchase cost. That's what the annual accounts need, not what's on the shelf today.
- Stocktake difference report
- Book quantity, counted, difference, unit price, value — shortfalls and surpluses at the same weighted average price, as accounting requires.
- Biên bản xuất hủy
- A signable document of what was written off, how much, at what value and why. You don't submit it — you show it, to prove the shortfall isn't hidden sales.
What most shop software gets wrong
These are the points where it turns out at the end of the month that the numbers don't add up — and where it's hard to put right afterwards.
- Cash rounding
- We round per receipt, not on the daily total — because the customer paid per receipt too. The difference goes on a separate line and doesn't blend into turnover.
- Deposit fee (DRS)
- The deposit fee of a single-use bottle is not part of the goods' gross price, and it falls outside the scope of VAT. Separate records, a separate report, a separate block in the analysis.
- Stock valuation
- Weighted average price with a ledger that can't be rewritten afterwards: every issue carries the purchase cost of the moment with it. That's why any day can be recalculated, and why the margin adds up.
- A document never disappears
- Cancelling is not deleting: the original stays, with the cancellation next to it. The audit log also shows who did what, and when.
If you have shop clients
See the system for yourself: the manual's monthly round describes exactly what the shopkeeper downloads, and when. The entry plan is free and stays free, so your client can try it without risk — and we bring their data over from their old program.
If you'd help with your client's onboarding, write to us — we do the onboarding, and we set up the opening stock together with the accountant.
